coach.
Programs are varied to prevent injuries, prevent
boredom, and obtain optimal results.
Fit Image Consulting works with all ages and
some special populations teaching weight-loss
programs, coaching on healthy eating, cardiovascular
training, conditioning, and strength training.
Basic sport training is used to help maintain
functional fitness. All populations and ages can
benefit from sport training if modified correctly.
All programs are customized for the client, based
on information provided from a detailed health
and fitness assessment.
